Our integrated LED lights are designed to last up to 50,000 hours (L70: the point where the LEDs still give 70% of their original brightness). The LEDs themselves rarely fail early. When a light stops working, the cause is usually the driver, the small electronic part that powers the LEDs.
Check these first
- The wall switch or dimmer is on.
- The circuit breaker hasn't tripped.
- If the light is on a dimmer, the dimmer is compatible. See Compatible dimmer switches.
Still not working?
Integrated LEDs and drivers can't be replaced by the user, and we don't sell replacement drivers. Your light is covered by Artika's 5-year warranty, so contact us with your model number and your proof of purchase, and we'll take care of it.
