Artika products are sold only through artika.com, artika.ca and authorized retail partners. This helps make sure every customer receives a genuine product backed by our warranty and customer service.
Buying from an unauthorized seller
Products bought from a seller that Artika hasn't authorized, for example on a marketplace or a third-party website:
- Are not covered by the Artika warranty
- May not qualify for customer support
- Could be counterfeit or tampered with
Resale restrictions
Unless you're an officially authorized Artika reseller, reselling Artika-branded products is not permitted. This includes online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay or Walmart Marketplace), physical stores, third-party wholesale or distribution platforms, and any other business-to-consumer or business-to-business channel.
Artika monitors sales channels and may deny warranty coverage for products sold by unauthorized resellers, report listings to marketplaces, and take legal action against unauthorized resale.
