Every Artika product comes with a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, as stated on our packaging.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects, for 5 years from the date of purchase
- Spare parts, where available, at no additional cost during the warranty period
- Support for installation or performance issues covered by the warranty
What's not covered
- Labor, transportation or any other installation costs
- Products bought from unauthorized sellers. See Authorized sellers and resale policy
Parts and accessories, including remote controls, have their own 1-year warranty. See Warranty on parts and accessories.
Repairs and replacement parts
We don't offer repair services. Instead, we design our products so parts can be replaced with common household tools, and we send replacement parts or a replacement product when a defect is confirmed. Some products don't have spare parts available; this is noted in their instruction manual.
How to make a warranty claim
- Keep your proof of purchase. It's required to validate any claim, including for purchases made at a retailer. Lost it? See What if I can't find my receipt?
- Contact us by live chat, email or phone with your order number or receipt, the product name or model number, and a description of the issue, with photos or a video if you can.
- We'll assess your claim and, if it's approved, ship the replacement parts or a new product at no charge.
Tip: Register your product after purchase to make any future claim faster.
