If one panel or section of your fixture doesn't light up, or won't change colour temperature (CCT) like the rest, try these steps.
- Turn the power off at the switch or breaker, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
- Select the colour temperature setting again.
- Confirm the fixture was installed as described in the manual.
Please don't open sealed parts of the fixture or modify the wiring.
