Marked as delivered but not here?
If no one was home, the carrier may have left your package in a safe spot. Before contacting us:
- Check around your home: near the door, in the mailbox, or in a side or back entrance.
- Ask your neighbours or building management if they picked it up for you.
- Wait 24–48 hours. Packages are sometimes marked as delivered a little before they actually arrive.
Package lost in transit?
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or you still can't find your package after checking the places above, contact us with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve it quickly.
