When you return an item bought on artika.com or artika.ca, you can choose the option that suits you best.
Option 1: Full store credit (our best value)
- Receive 100% of the product value as store credit for a future purchase.
- No return handling fee or transaction fee is deducted.
- Store credit is valid for 2 years from the date it's issued.
- To use it, sign in with the same email address as your original order, so the credit is applied to your account.
Option 2: 25% refund and keep the item
- As a one-time courtesy, you can receive a 25% refund and keep the product. No need to send it back.
- This is a good fit if the product isn't exactly what you expected but still works for you.
Option 3: Partial refund to your original payment method
If you prefer a traditional refund, it's issued to your original payment method, minus a return handling fee. In some cases, we'll ask for a photo or video showing the item's wires have been cut, so it can't be reused or resold.
Return handling fees
For returns where you changed your mind, no longer need the item, or entered a wrong or incorrect shipping address at checkout, a return handling fee applies based on your order total:

The minimum return handling fee is 15%. Our team will always confirm the exact percentage for your order before you decide how you'd like to proceed.
